Its this pussy footing around with concerns about whether these mentallity unstable demons were on their meds that will lead us into a society where murderers run free. To stop this downward fall of our society we need to stop wasting tax dollars keeping these demons in jails; just take a 10 cent bullet and execute them. Also, we need to jail those twisted social engineers who care more about that these devils are taking their meds instead of those who were murdered.
