Excellent article except Hedges still upholds the 9/11 lie. If Hedges would like I can fill him in on the facts that prove that 9/11 was a false flag staged to start all these wars, the invasion of Afghanistan wasn't done in response. Its sad to see him still upholding his childish denial of the reality of what happened, and this is why though his writing is great, I won't bother sending his work to well informed friends.

Whenever someone tries to counter argue something and brings out "comrade" as a redbaiting slur you know they still believe in Russiagate, which shows they are very ill-informed so not really worth arguing with. Trump increased tensions with Russia in everyway: putting missiles in Ukraine, expanding sanctions, pulling out of New Start treaty..etc etc. Russiagate was invented to attack the messenger when the CIA found out that Wikileaks had Hillaries emails. In order mostly to get people to not read them and see proof of her war crimes crimes against humanity and plans to steal the primary, its just kill the messenger. Than later it was try and smear Trump so he doesn't pull out of the illegal wars or pull out of NATO. In the end the feds admitted theres no proof of any hack or removal of emails from the system, and a federal judge ruled that the government and Muller had to stop saying the for-profit troll farm has anything to do with the Kremlin.

Less we forget the videos and photos provided by a well known CIA photographer who was somehow embedded with the main actors and clowns who took the stage inside the Senate (such as Q-anon Shaman-an ex-marine who is still being interviewed by CNN to this day and was profiled by the MSM before 1/6) who watched and took pictures as people removed Senate computers and read emails and rifled through papers; notice the news didn't even speculate as to what was on those computers or even question whether sensitive info was removed from them and passed to enemies in the 3 or 4 days when they were missing (of course now we hear Pelosi's computer that the teenage girl dressed like a 70's leftist stole who is free today was just used for presentations and had nothing on it). Or the fact that every MSM news source was going on for months about the threat of Trump staying in power and white militias were going to back this with force, yet nobody thought to reinforce the Capitol or protect the Senators? Or how everyone of these groups, Proudboys, Oath Keepers.etc that actually broke windows and led a coordinated entry into the building was fully infiltrated for months before by federal agents yet they didn't know of their plans. Or the convenient arrest of Proud Boys leader the day before, or the fact CNN still constantly interviews him- he like most of the leadership of these groups didn't even get arrested. I could go on and on, the whole thing is joke.
When the Oklahoma Federal building was blown up the government had the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act (AEDPA) all written up and ready to go. When 9/11 was carried out they had the dense 300 page Patriot Act ready to go in a couple weeks. When this latest spectacle was carried out they had the Domestic Terrorism bill all written up within a week.
I consider myself on the progressive, skeptical left, just to tell you my background (not on the right or MSM informed center "left"); I don't support these people at all and I know there was a real protest and reason for people to be drawn to the capitol, but when I watched the 1/6 protest turn into a bizarre, unbelievable spectacle inside the building I was laughing out loud how pathetic this recent psy-op operation was. The acting and story is terrible. Even the black cop backing up the stairs and prodding on the mob like dogs, who are there supposedly to do a coup but have no interest in going into the Senate Chambers but would rather just chase a cop around (also conveniently filmed by someone). Or the cop who escorted the q-anon shaman into the Senate (where the CIA New Yorker "journalist" Luke Mogelson was already waiting to film him enter) pleading for the Shaman clown to "please don't mess with the Senate desk, its sacred" instead of drawing his weapon and ordering him on the ground immediately like any cop would have done. Or even the supposed shooting video where the camera man turns away just in time to not catch the shooting and than cops run up and plead for people to get back rather than ordering them to while not performing CPR, or attempting to help the woman at all..etc, etc. I recommend everybody watch this footage again, especially the New Yorker footage of the people B-level acting in the Senate. Or the guy swinging on a rope from the banisters...hahaha, that was a stupid touch. Ridiculous. There is only one trail to be had if this was real: a trail for the people in charge of security and the FBI who infiltrated these groups, told the MSM they were dangerous for months but forgot to have a police presence to protect Congress and the Capitol. The force protecting the unoccupied the federal building in Portland at night from protestors was more formidable. Come on people use you brains, a bunch of hillbillies can't just walk in and grab Senate computers and play around for hours (and if they could everybody in charge of security would be on trail right now).

Excellent article, I'm always curious when reading material where the author talks about current space race acheivements like this one: the author can't possibly believe that the US already landed man on the moon 6 times 50 years ago can they? Seems like China would have caught up with that in 50 years right?

This article was off to a good start until I hit the Russiagate nonsense. Too bad the writer hasn't listened to Aaron Mate or took a minute to look into any of the actual claims of "collusion" before penning this astonishingly subservient (to CNN, MSNBC, CIA etc.) parroting of the MSM fairy tale about Russian "interference with US elections" that still doesn't contain any facts to suggest it being valid at all. Yes he is. He is someone who feared and hated Russia so much he volunteered to go fight in Vietnam to counter their influence I suppose. He won basically every medal you possibly can for his extensive murders there. He later was so trusted by the PNAC neo con set that he was appointed to be the traitor who would over see the 9/11 cover-up as director of the FBI, one of the most important positions in the government during that cover-up and episode of high treason. One question I've always had and seems even more pertinent today is: when will Sunni extremists and the Jihadi converts from all over finally lose the will to fight as mercenaries for the long term goals of Israel and the US? Why would anyone want to go attack Assad, do they think they would set up a Muslim state that would not be controlled by Israel? How could IS hold any legitimacy with hardline Islamists when they are in partnership with the Zionist project? Perhaps now that things are clearing up as far as who was backing who in the Syrian war all along there may be a slow down in Muslims coming to give their lives fighting for the Yinon plan soon?
