Additionally, there seems to be this mis-assigned blame assigned to "people from chicago" - not the rise in unemployment, and the continued meth-amphetamine drug problem. As citizens we have the power to make our city government focus on the things that are important to us. As cheesy as it is "We have the power" and thus only ourselves to blame.
