Wow, Boulder hasn't changed a bit. I lived there for 14 years, and found the Jew-hatred to be absolutely staggering. So it's no surprise that a simple letter about what someone saw in a film, what it meant to her, could bring all the antisemites out from under their rock, like a moth to a flame. What a bunch of ignorant haters. Those who have commented here don't even realize they are illustrating her point!

As Jabotinsky wrote of the Jewish people more than a hundred years ago, "We are hated not because we are blamed for everything, but we are blamed for everything because we are not loved..." It was true then, it's true now, and it's certainly true in Boulder.

Jerusalem. Isn't that the "settlement" from which Kings David and Solomon reigned over Israel? Nearly two thousand years before Islam even existed? Yeah, I thought so.

Greta, I appreciate your innate sense of fairness and have been glad to see your success as a result of it. Here's something that has gotten no attention whatsoever as far as I can tell. I read this, and all I could think is that the Sept. 15th 2008 ELECTRONIC RUN ON BANKS was an attack on our economy -- economic jihad, if you will - and worst of all, no one even knows about it. Except, one assumes, those in the highest reaches of our government. Credit where credit is due: I came across it at the Atlas Shrugs blog.
