I do the Census and they make a point of assigning me things as close to my apartment as possible. I've been working for 5 weeks and have yet to commute more than 5 minutes. The Census doesn't moves some workers to spots where they do not have enough but the Census is vastly underfunded. And if you have a complaint blame the people who didn't mail in their form or refuse to call back when a note is placed on their door. They are the ones who beef up my paycheck.
