My iPhone 3g 8gig was bought with fw 3.1.2 and bb 5.11.07, being a windows user i had to jb with blackra1n and unlock with blacksn0w. everything was fine for about 3 months when my phone would randomly freeze and go to the apple logo for about 5 minutes, then reboot. it would do this a couple times a day for about a week. then the other day it started to do it every 2 minutes. so naturally i backed up my phone and restored it. when i restored it, it worked fine for a little bit and then it froze and started the cycle all over again. so i restored it, no jb thinking that was the issue and it started again. so i took it into an apple store and they tried to restore it and it showed up error 9. so i brought it home to restore it and i got the same results. now the phone sits at the usb going into the itunes logo. so i tried to rejailbreak it and nothing. i tried using redsn0w 0.9.3 and it loads and goes back to the recovery mode screen. so i felt it was the logic-board so i pulled it and replaced it with another logic-board (16gig) it restored jb unlocked but i got no signal. so i replaced the dock flex antenna no service unless i hold it way out in front of my by a cell tower and its limited at best. reset network setting, uninstalled the jb, still no service. so i believe that too is the logic-board. so i put the old logic board in and tried to restore it and still error 9. so does anyone know anything else i can do to try to get this to restore, or to get signal on the other logic board? i have been out of a phone for 4 days now and i am lost. thank you much and dev-team you guys are great.
