I've been digging in a bit on Health Care and the Health Insurance Czar will oversee you getting coverage. (Firstly, most on the other side say this position is made up, doesn't exist). Not quoting, but they oversee the Health Choices Administration. They will take all state regulation away and regulate all private coverage, Dictate what benefits and coverages must be in private health plans each year, control all marketing activities and use of funds. They will be giving Federal Subsidies to poor people who qualify and power to access fines on individuals and employers who who do not provide proof of of having insurance. And I have found a few other Czar actions in this health care bill too. A lot of Czar power will be implemented in it. Until soldiers start showing up at peoples homes to force them to get vaccines or whatever, we are screwed. We here have stepped up, done things we never thought we would be doing or never thought we would have to do. And we are just laughed at. The more people desperate for work, desperate to pay their mortgage the more people will be willing to fall into the government's embrace. I think like it was stated, they can just print money but taking advantage of desperate people and convincing them the government will save them is the big plan. I've posted along this topic before, but until people work, Health Care doesn't matter, Cap and Trade doesn't matter, just finding a job to support families is what matters. Loan Modifications are taking about 7 months to go through, and unemployment benefits last about 12 months. I was laid off in Feb. and fortunately immediately started applying for a modification and just now getting help but I refuse to be caught in this trap. I feel it's going to get a lot worse and more desperate folks will welcome the whole 'Let government take care of us' nonsense.
