The App saves your credentials only in the isolated storage of the phone. There is no communication to any service outside. In the certification process of Microsoft these things are tested to avoid any trojaner apps or something else. When you click the login button the app generates a weblink to the hotspot website with your credentials inside like login apps on other platforms nothing more. I think in near future we will see the official Telekom App for Login or implented in the OS like AT&T i see in the news.
