She knew if he was abusing you he would abuse them CPS was out there before from his abuse to the children and they failed as well . What I don't get is why you would leave your children father or not with someone that hurts you. I was a victim of abuse but I reported his ass every time he touched me and no we are not together. You don't need another man to show you that you are not being treated right you no that on your own. It just all sounds like excuses she shouldn't have been with him at all till you were divorced form him. How did you think \\someone that was abusive would react. Now it is not her fault that he pulled the trigger he has to answer for that, but she had a part in this . Those poor children are gone because of adults stupidity. The mom is still at fault had she thought about her children they would be here. Did she care about them when she told her husband in front of the daughter that she wasn't coming home. Know this scum shouldn't have done that but you can not play with people like that and decided to leave your family because you think the grass is greener on the other side. If she wanted to leave than she should have started with a divorce cheating just makes it worst. She was just as selfish as her husband not putting those children first I only wish he wouldn't have done this. I tell my ex husband because he did this to me and abandon me and my kids for another women yo never know what this feels like till it is done to you. I never did anything to him or my children because I had more self worth but I can see how enraged you can get though. People think before you cheat I am sorry her kids are gone but this is her fault you can't play with people's emotions. She should have gotten away from him if he was abusive and not run to someone else to make her feel self worth. RIP to those 5 children.
