The problem is simple to fix. We are trying to get our city officials to fix the same problem in Bloomingotn, IL. Simply start giving out progressive tickets. First ticket could be $10, second $20, third $50, and then the fourth ticket received within a 6 month time span would be $100, and the car is then booted. This program will eliminate the store owners and employees from parking on the streets all day, taking up valuable spaces for customers and clients. And the customers will not penalized with higher meter fees, especially now during our present economic crisis. Good Luck.
