i have kids and your comment just kinda bothered me. if it was your kid that had to learn a lesson due to some idiot drunk minor, i don't think your tone would be so passive.

i'd like to see the little sh** spend some serious hard years in a burn unit forced to help victims of accidents.

How many Washington state voters would back an initiative to overhaul murder penalties in this state. One strike and you're out.

I'm not talking about accidental lives taken, like you crashed your car and killed someone. I'm talking about 99% first degree murders, instant life without parole. Gang murders, life without parole. Drug killings, armed invasions, you name it. If you intend to harm someone and they die, game over. I say 99% as I think the father of this girl killed should have the right to kill this kid if he so chooses with no penalty whatsoever.

No good behaviour, no cable tv in prison, no workouts, no cigarettes. Sit in your jail cell and read books until you die. We will give you 3 meals a day and at any time you can request a rope and a sturdy beam to hang it from.

This is a very tragic story. Please remember there were 4 bad decisions that night. Don't stop at teaching your kids not to drink and never to drink and drive, but also never get in the car with a drunk driver, period.
