Who's fault is that. The military is putting their own life in harms way to ensure sure we even have the right to vote and then the system can not get their ballots back to count. Something is very wrong here and it really stinks. This isn't the first time this has happened. Not counting the ballots favors the Democrats and these special elections are becoming more about money and lawyers than they are about votes.
