HI,

1) I have iphone 3GS ( jailbroken, unlocked on 4.0 with Base bands 05.13.04.
2) I want to upgrade it 4.3.1 and i rely on unlock.
3) I have windows 7.

pwnage tool i cant use as i dont have mac.
will it be ok if i use snowbreeze make custom ipsw preserving the baseband and jailbreak unlock thn ?

Please help.

One more question: are you sure it will update me with Baseband which will be unlockable after the process which i narrated?? will it hactivate and pass me through the cable and itunes logo screen ??

Also my phone is new bootrom....
assume....if i dont mind going on 06.15 BB ...

what i do is download 4.2.1 FW, Press shift ( on windows) and browse my IPSW through itunes( rint he FW). It will get me to itunes logo and cable screen thn run Green poision, Jailbreak...install Cydia...Thn ultra snow and unlock the phone....this is if incase i dont mind going on 06.15BB....

Am i right ?? Please help....

Hi ,

I have:
iphone 3GS
base band :05.13.04
Running FW: 4.0
Jail broken and unlocked.

Question: I want to upgrade it to FW 4.2.1, I learnd greenpoisong JB is out, what baseband it will upgrade me to and will that be unlockable ? what possibilities ? I dont have official simcard and rely on JB and unlock. will ultrasnow help me unlocking the phone after JB 4.2.1 ?? does it hactivate ?

i understand what u trying to say....i shall wait for better options in future...my phone at present is working like charm....no issues absolutely nothing....i will wait for some other movement from apple and genius dev team :) thanks

how do i go to 6.15.xx?? what are the advantages and disadvantages ( major ) i dont have any one with mac :(

i understand it will upgrade my baseband if i jailbreak 4.1 through limera1n..what i wanna know is will it upgrade to 06.15(which can be unlocked) or 0.5.14 ( which at present unlockable ).
