1.4 employees for every 100 citizens of Boulder - seems like a lot to me - Boulder's government is too big

When will it stop - at 2 employees for every 100 citizens

This is awesome - thanks god for the PUC

I only wish that we could put the PUC in charge of "right sizing"

"Wrong Sizing" didn't work - it is now time to "Right Size" Folsom back to the way it was

And whatever you do - don't touch Iris !

so we are going to add 100,000 Sq Ft of office space
what is that like another 500 workers

more than likely all will be in-Commuting, creating more traffic problems

and how many parking spaces will they provide - 56

I mean even if they parked at Table Mesa Park and ride and bussed the last few miles - there isn't enough parking

This is just insanity

It is clearly time for body cams on all boulder PD - it would provide clarity

I cannot fault the police for their actions in this case.

However, I think we can enhance police training, strategy and tools to support better use of non-lethal methods in these types of situations. Think about the recent Police shootings in Boulder - now consider the following similar cases in other locations and ask how things might have ended up if they were in Boulder - or if the Boulder incidents happened in these other locations:

So the City is going to spend $8M - in order to enrich a couple of private companies - and then drive out exactly the kind of people that they are trying to make Boulder affordable for.

They are then going to give out 94 lottery tickets to some luck few - who still are going to be living in housing that is not actually "affordable" according to the conventional definitions of the word.

But oh - oh - wait - we are going to put in $27,000 of efficiency improvements that will "save you money on transpiration" how is any change to the existing structure going to provide any more transportation value than already exists.

This is what is wrong with Boulder - let these people stay in their apartments
