I've seen him at a few convention panels and, boy, is he long winded. :) Every little aspect of filming and acting is, to him, incredibly monumental and fundamental. Still, he comes off as a nice guy, but methinks he thinks too highly of the craft. BTW, I have nightmares of being trapped at a panel with him and Edward James Olmos. They can take a single easy question and take 10 minutes to answer it with lots of deep societal, political, and philosophical ramifications of why their character ate muffins as opposed to bagels.
