Maybe I watch to much science fiction, but if this were a movie, I would expect to see the worlds best scientists, and marine biologists, the navy I mean the biggest production the world has ever seen out there working on what strikes me as a death blow to our planet. Am I out of line on this one. Anybody?

Seems to me he should be more familiar with the legal systems by now than he lets on, enough to get around. So why would he be so easily confused about what he says and signs. I'm not sure how professional the criminal investigators are in Peru but they were smart enough to catch this one, I think
they can be trusted to do the right thing with this guy!
