I sent them 40 pages of documents about the Department of Finance Institution about them failing to look into my case properly where they said they didn't have money or manpower for one senior but did investagage for group of rich investors and recovered their money. The reason the train sit idieing is because the crews can ownly operate the train for so many hours . Which the federal government regulates not the railroad. Komo 4 left that out of the story. They also left out how hard it is to operate the train. The simple solution is that when the crew is pick up put a baby sitter in the cab. to just sit there. Lets say there was no reverser. The person that would be braking in would have to know how to drive the train, remover the hand brakes, remove the hand brakes on engine and power brakes on engine and know how to pump the train up, There is a little bit more to it then someone jumping on the train and taking it for joy ride. Then there is the matter of the engine running. It doesn't take a key to restart the engine. If they can drive the train, they can restart the train. And this was 6 month investagation.
