I lived nearby not to long ago. This guy "grant" looks like a kid! I would have never ever guessed that he was 29. So if anyone sees anyone resembling this guy- but it seems to be a kid- call and report it. The police can check it out-its their job!! But seriously call even if it appears to be "a kid on a bike". Mrs. Ullrey does not deserve this or anything dreadful to happen to her. Such a sweetheart. God bless her.
