Healthy Eats (Old Site) : Eating for Exercise: Get Inspired by the Olympians

It really helps me as a college student to stick to a consistent routine each week for exercising. It keeps my body and mind feeling great, and I don't have to worry about getting to the gym at different times in the day. When I go in the morning before class (6AM four days a week!), I am not taking up any of the time that I could be studying, so it is a guilt free and perfect time for me to work out!

Healthy Eats (Old Site) : Taste Test: Snack Bars

As a college student, I like to get up and work out early in the morning. I don't eat breakfast before I go, and breakfast bars are a major part of my morning diet as a result. My choices are the Nature Valley bars (Oats and Honey is my favorite) and the Fiber One Cereal Bars. Great, healthy, and fiber-filled ways to charge me up for a workout!

I used to love peanut butter, but have stayed away from eating it the last couple of years because I thought it had too much fat. Thanks for giving peanut butter some good press!
