i wouldnt say that i was a whitney houston aficionado but anyone who listened to radio, especially in the mid 80's knew who she was and recognized her awesome voice and talent. i was in the navy when she first came out and i always associate her first hits with those days. when that tweet first appeared in my timeline and without a link i thought that kplc's account had been hacked plus it was a minute or so before any of the other news outlets that i follow tweeted the news, so i thought that was the direction that this post was going to go in. alas, it wasnt so.

it's perfectly fine that you dislike what we post and how we post it. however, selfishly abusing the law to please the flesh is sin. we're not sure what southern baptist church you grew up in but the one we grew up in preached against such worldliness. in that same 14 march 2011 baptist message you wrote an editorial (we can post it if you like) about how you would like to be remembered after you're gone. in future times, it might be wise to reread it and take it to heart.
