Thanks...it is really tasty. The dressing isn't gloopy since the mayo is thinned with the mustard and pickle juice....but it stays really creamy!

Thanks...it is REALLY flavorful! That spread would be good used so many ways...on a toasted bagel, a jumping-off point for a dip, etc.!

Yep...it would be great to do with the tail from the leftover tails left from a crawfish boil. Although I'm in Texas and not Louisiana, crawfish and shrimp boils are pretty popular here as well!

We really enjoyed it...spicy, but not overly so. Just enough heat to enjoy it without it being painful!

Yeah...that cream cheese mixture would be great rolled up in a tortilla and cut into spirals for a snack/app!
