The plan is to keep each site unique in their look and color scheme except for the top logo banner which will be on all sites soon.

webOSroundup : The NewsRoom Saga... a Happy Ending?

To be fair, the NewsRoom app in its current form is great. I have never had any issues with it. I do not believe that all devs have to support all of their apps forever. If the app is stable and functionally complete and the dev wants to move onto something else (or even another platform), then that is their right. While I would love new features in NewsRoom, it is always the developers decision. I have easily gotten my $5 worth out of the app and I am very happy to have it on my phone.

webOSroundup : Should iOS developers Play it Safe?

Also, it is important to note, that with the current SDK, Square couldn't move to webOS even if they wanted to. I believe they need hooks into a microphone API which currently isn't available. David

I would definitely not put Square in the category of "bad coders". Their stuff is pretty slick. It comes down to business. I have no problem with dev deciding that they don't have the resources for webOS. I do take issue with saying publically that webOS isn't a winner... Still early in the game to declare winners and losers in my opinion.
