I graduated from a medical ethics program, and this ad is right on. It might have added an exception for cold-blooded murderers, who they say should not be put to death. "Kill babies, not murderers."

To all the "just preach the gospel" pastors: Your narrow definition of preaching the gospel (saving souls from hell) ignores the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20): "make disciples of all nations, teaching them to obey everything that I commanded." It's true that transformation of culture begins with transformed hearts, but if culture is never changed, then the hearts were little affected - "you shall know them by their fruit" (Matthew 7:16). The problem with the liberal social gospel movement is not that they tried to help the poor.
