OOOOOK...I watched the official gov board meeting video when they were talking about revenue that would come from the toll. The fact of the matter is, tolling within this time period will generate 4x's the amount necessary to pay for the bridge and the Federal gov has already approved that extra monies raised will be allowed to go towards other transportation projects. This article really is manipulative. Personally I think he was a sick sob, and to do what he did to those sweet boys is beyond imagination.
