Is this just another internet scam? I canceled my monthly $69.95 subscription 4-5 days before the trial ended with a confirmed receipt back from MYM help desk. MYM then charged my account anyway after I canceled. I immediatley responded to the email address MYM included in the email they used to notify me my account was charged. That email was returned to me as undeliverable, permanent error. I called 905-297-7154 and left a message I had canceled and requested a refund and a return phone call. Have not heard from them, have called multiple additional times and get a "memory is full message". Not pumped about this at all!
