If no one buys the the drug then no one can sell it. Poverty is no excuse for crime and delinquency.In the history of our nation there were greater levels of poverty in the first 75 years of the 20th century there has been in the last 35yrs. yet crime has grown in multiples in times of plenty and we choose to use poverty and drugs as an excuse._Our value systems and morals have changed leading us down a road of societal decay and you Garth need to stop making excuses for delinquecy & the breakdown of the family unit which ultimately ends up in crime and drug addiction.
