So one could assume that an officer would draw and use his taser rather than use his sidearm. Being tasered smarts at best and they can be lethal also, witness the number of people who have expired from being tasered. I interpret the use of tasers as that officer using his sidearm, after all if the officer had no taser how then would he deal with a situation? A gun? A nightstick? What other means would that officer use? In this situation, did this altercation require the use of deadly force? Would one have to assume that this officer lacking a taser have drawn his pistol and shot the tractor driver? I pleaded with Kosmas not to vote for this hideous bill, and she sent me a nice “It sucks to be you, I’m going to vote for it anyway” letter. So, I sent her another letter asking the absolutely absurd demand that she at least read the bill before voting for it. As near as I can tell, not only did none of these Congressional Clowns read the bill before voting for it, the bill wasn’t even in finished form and they voted for it anyway.
