Our family makes about 250K/yr. We work 60-70 hrs/wk. We spend 50K/yr on childcare, 40K/yr in Fed income taxes, plus property tax, tons on sales tax, gas tax, etc. which are all not deductible because of our income. If they start taxing the 'rich', I'd just stay home to take care of the kids myself. I will not 'stimulate' the economy by paying someone 50k/yr, reduce my tax bracket, not provide some other person a job which in contributes to the unemployment, and further trickles down the line.
