It should scare the hell out of us that they think they can just pass a bill and retroactivly take money out of a private citizens pocket. These bonus payouts are contracturally legal! I don't care where the money came from! When are they going to decide I have enough money in my 401K and start retroactivally taxing my deposits? We should all take to the streets!
