True she afterall did agree with having this surgery, but say if you went in to have your wisdom teeth extracted or to have a colonoscopy done and then ended up diabled and could no longer work I feel you would not want a cap on YOUR mad mal suit. If this doctor had been a drunk driver and hit a car with a woman inside disabeling her for life, he would do jail time. The drunk driver never inteded to hit the woman, he just inteded on driving drunk. That is why they call these things accidents. You do something wrong or stupid and therefore you should pull on your big boy pants and own up to what you do and pay for it. The doctor who did this went on practicing , while this women could not make one more red cent for herself FOR AS LONG AS SHE LIVES.
