These are excellent tips for climbing down the ladder at work. I see two more tips widely implemented at my work: 1) DEFLECT: Say, "That's not my job" as often as possible. You'll be amazed how often people just accept it and that gives you a lot more time to surf the internet on duty! 2) SQUEEZE: If there's an employee maintained snack shop in your office, take treats and don't pay for them, or refuse to contribute for coworker celebrations. The others will pick up your slack and everyone loves a tightwad, right? Wrong. I'm on to you, you deflecting squeezers.
