Breitbart.tv : NBC News' Bashir: 'Do You Think Herman Cain Can Spell The Word 'Iraq'?'

Mr. Bashir may be a better speller than Mr. Cain since, according to Wikipedia, he studied English and History. I'd bet that Mr. Cain is a lot brighter as he has an undergraduate degree in Math and an MS in Computer Science. We need a lot more like Mr. Cain in government and a lot less like Mr. Bashir in the media.

Big Journalism : Time Magazine Columnist Accuses Herman Cain of Being 'Black Clown' to Appease White Conserv

How sad that a black man can't be a conservative. Makes you wonder who are the racists. I've read Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell for a while now and I am amazed that there are folks out there that can't see the wisdom that these gentlemen possess. Many call them derogatory names and it is truly sad.

Same standards as the NYT, Washington Post and many others in the MSM. Quotes from "anonymous" sources and "higher ups" in the administration, etc. Have you ever read the postings of the NPR Ombudsman? Spreading malicious rumors is the liberal trademark. No surprise here.

Breitbart.tv : NYT's Friedman Lashes Out at Santelli: 'Your Question is Idiotic'

I’d like to make a case for privatizing Social Security. The Rate of Return from a Stock Market Index Fund from 1964 to Today was approximately seven percent. I graduated from college in 1964 and quit working in 1991. I became eligible for SS in 2003 and my wife and I are drawing $26,904 ($18,402 for me and $8,502 for my wife). If 15% of the money I made had been invested in the Index Fund and it stayed there until I was eligible for SS, I would have drawn about $40,000. A more important point is that the estate would be mine to pass on to my heirs. Put another way I have no SS estate compared to an estate I could have of about $577,000! My SS deductions (both employee and employer) total about $160,000. I realize that this is simplistic since SS has disability and insurance components. Just imagine what a mechanism even a partial privatizing would do to build an estate for many of our citizens.

Breitbart.tv : FBI Raids Bankrupt California Solar Firm Solyndra with Ties to Obama

More evidence that government should stay out of supporting business ventures. Local, State and Federal governments have been granting tax breaks and loans to entice business to come to their jurisdictions for years which seems to lead to the taxpayer getting jilted. If we want to end this nonsense, we should push for the "Fair Tax Bill". Free enterprise works.

Hey Tom, From Wikipedia: "A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that pays returns to separate investors, not from any actual profit earned by the organization, but from their own money or money paid by subsequent investors" Sounds a good deal like Social Security. Ponzi schemes don't have to be illegal, Look at Amway or any of the schemes that deal with residual income. They are convinced that it is OK to prey on friends and relatives.
