They ran into a group that had the skills to find the truth and the guts to fight the Machine and make it known. Sometimes the truth gets out where it can be seen. Democracy was not meant to be used to subjugate or discriminate against a minority. SHS has not been proven to cause death or any disease. Personal preference should not be the deciding factor. Even the ACS can’t verify one death. Stress does cause Asthmatics to have attacks. Asthmatics have been told 24/7 that smoke causes attacks and this causes the stress that brings on their problems. Hypochondriacs also have problems.

Most of the research Carmona cites was rejected by a federal judge in 1993, when the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) first tried to classify secondhand smoke as a human carcinogen. The judge said EPA cherry-picked studies to support its position, misrepresented the most important findings, and failed to honor scientific standards. Carmona's report relies on the same studies and makes the same claims EPA did a decade ago. .

Consider this. The 1993 EPA report which stated that SHS/ETS was the cause of 3,000 deaths a year has been vacated as a fraud by Federal Judge Osteen, a noted anti-smoking Judge, after four years of study with independent scientists and also said to be fraudulent by at least two Congressional Committees. Why do Anti-smokers continue to ignore these findings? This, in effect shows there is no reason to believe any study that uses this as a basis for studies is anything but fraud also. This would also show the Surgeon Generals report, which relied on the same cherry picked studies as it's basis, to be also a fraud and has been found to be by many. At this time there are at least four requests to investigate his report as a fraud. The supposed mountain of evidence is looking more like a fraudulent molehill. Money moves the Health Industry. Of the possible 300+ causes of Heart Disease it is always, Smoking/SHS that is the first target. Only 18% of smokers get Heart Disease and SHS is not connected to Heart Disease any more than 300 other possible causes. There are dozens of possible causes of Lung Cancer and Smokers account for only 17%. The Drug Industry is financing the Smoking Ban agenda in order to market Smoking Cessation Products. The real possible causes are ignored. We should be looking at Diesel, gas, wood burning, industrial pollution, our drinking water, diet and chemicals plus virus and infection. Pharmaceutical Drugs are part of the problem with FDA approval. Thousands die every year from FDA approved drugs. These will never be seen in our Major media. The WHO has been working on how to fool the people about SHS/ETS since 1975 when they were told the only way to get people to stop smoking was to make the public believe that SHS/ETS was killing their children and all the people around them. So, if Cigarettes were to be introduced now it would take many years to get the people brainwashed to swallow this fraud that SHS/ETS WAS KILLING PEOPLE. Anyone over 30 has been raised around SHS. If it were as dangerous as they would have us believe, everyone over 30 would be DEAD. The longest/largest studies by the ACS, the WHO and over 250 other studies found no connection to Cancer or Heart Disease. It's about time people were catching on to the fraud. Chantix is the most dangerous of the NRT'S. It is responsible for thousands of Hospital admissions and at least 12 verifiable deaths. It is given to the Military and they now have the highest rate of Suicides ever in the service. Even the other NRT'S will cause an overdose of Nicotine and even more so if smoking is continued. Even the ACS admits, quitting Cold Turkey is easier and more effective. NRT'S have a 98.4% failure rate. A 1.6 success rate is nothing to brag about. If you research as long as I have, since 1998, you will find that no one knows what causes Cancer and SHS has not been proven to have killed anyone. The ACS/CDC have moved to change Death Certificates to claim, if even one cigarette has been smoked during a person’s lifetime, the cause of death must be recorded as due to smoking. The form can be filled out by anyone. They will do anything to show proof. Non-smokers average is 70 at death and Smokers average is 71.6. We are all going to die sooner than we want.

When was the last time our Legislators used common sense? They passed a stimulus package and are giving the States funds to create jobs and sending Citizens $250 to $500 checks. This is supposed to make us feel better about being in debt for years and even our Grandchildren will still be paying. What little is returned will never make up for our losses. We,ve been had. Looks like Smokers are right when they say, when they tax Smokers out of existance who will pay the Billions in lost taxes from Smokers. Its starting to look like everyone will feel the pain sooner or later. Of coures it was fine as long as Smokers were the ones being over taxed and discriminated against. They will find a reason to make all of us Sinners for the sake of the Pharmaceutcals who will delight in controling everyone with their Drugs. People usually wakeup but most of the time its too late.
