Another reason I filmed this workout, even though I didn't look super impressive doing it, was because I will re film it in another few weeks to watch the difference.

Video taping me doing it as a complete beginner is good motivation to improve. Kind've like taking a 'before picture."

I'm not one of the those fitness professional who presents themselves on a pedestal and portrays perfection.

I portray progressive progress, not perfection. I'm seeking out PROGRESSIVE PROGRESS in all areas of fitness - even new areas I have not explored.

We're doing this together right?

I have only tried the Basic Spinal Rack, I have not done the spinal rack drop.... Scott has great mobility and flexibility so he makes the move look easy and effortless.

I'm assuming others, with tight hips, hams and low back, will experience a tough time doing this.

Modify if you don't feel comfortable doing it.

No problem Tanya. I knew others would find these movements difficult. Just goes to show what happens when you stick to one style of training for too long.

Hey Sinisa... my metabolic circuits are with traditional bodybuilding exercises, not with functional tacfit commando style exercises. A lot of these movements, I'll admit, are completely BRAND NEW.

That's another reason I'll probably respond well to the training as will others who have not tried it too.
