I actually clipped a news account on June 28th of the event leading up to this unrest, thinking to myself, "let people know what the Uighurs really are, not just what the idiots at 60 Minutes, with their mollycoddling of them, say they are". (The incident was started after a Han Chinese girl entered a dormitory where Uighur workers were staying. [They] tried to harrass her, and she screamed.' - from AP story.)

Funny, just an hour or so I was ruminating about how I wish the Islamists would get seriously entangled with either the Russians or the Chinese, Americans having become totally emasculated <strike that>, neutralized by PC & our so-called intelligentsia.

Those freebie Qur'ans should come complete with the Sunna, for a complete education.

While they're at it, each "leader" should received a pocket edition of The Constitution of the United States. Those can be had for as little as $1.50 each, in bulk, should CAIR be interested.
