The photo is of his WIFE. If you read the first paragraph, "A Wyoming doctor has been charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct after an alleged victim reported sexual assault that may have occurred at his office." Notice the word "his" in this sentence. And, if you listen to the news report, it refers to HIS wife. We are merely commenting on what is reported.

The fact that he hired a Michigan attorney leans towards guilt. If he did kill her, and did it in Michigan, he needs a lawyer who is licensed to practice in Michigan.

The accusations were made by a male - and the doctor posted bond and his office was open for practice today. I doubt the K.C. prosecutor would have released him under these conditions if he was considered a serious threat! We don't really know any details, so before you declare him guilty, wait for more facts to come out!

Sorry, kellyj41, one ends up in prison for committing a CRIME, not because they get their "turn." And, the state of Michigan is RELEASING prisoners -- not trying to fill the prisons -- In fact a lot of prisons are being closed! If the state is "wanting to put more and more of" you "in prison," it's NOT to keep you "out of the voting booth" but to keep you off the streets, and to protect law-abiding citizens. A prison sentence is a punishment for committing a crime. So, if you don't want to be there, make sure you keep your nose clean, and you won't "get YOUR chance!!" The choice is all yours.

Yes, we all DID read the entire story! Did YOU read his history on OTIS? He has three aliases (that's four names total he went under). No wonder they couldn't find any education records for him! Inmates are allowed to work and EARN money. If he had worked, he would have had money for toothpaste!

Notice he's acting as his own attorney -- nobody wants the case -- he probably couldn't even get legal aid to help him. He'll get $0 -- but have to pay for the expenses of filing his case, and any court costs involved.
