Hi everyone,
I have a simfree 3G. After upgrading to 3.1 from iTunes (original IPSW) and then Pwning using pwnagetool (custom IPSW) my GPS is broken. I can't get a GPS location. Not a dot, not a circle. Nothing. Any idea how to solve this?

BTW: Does any1 have a guide of how to install the open source toolchain on windows for 2.2 firmware? I can only find a 2.0 guide and It doesn't work with the 2.2 files... Thanks. :)

I have a SIM-FREE device from Czech. I have installed yellowsn0w for testing purpose and It it DOES WORK! I have tried it on ORANGE Israel and it did work (SIM-FREE, I know, but maybe the info is useful...).

At first, the signal dropped and I couldn't perform any call. After a minute the signal came back on and I phoned home and it was just fine!
