MediaNama : Saleem Mobhani To Join Airtel As Mobile Entertainment Head

Don't agree. Saleem brings an unmatched survival instinct. With NEeraj travelling all over the world, he managed an operation and made money. Agreed he took short cuts but I don't think airtel or reliance are any saints. I think its an excellent opportunity for saleem to prove his mattel at the most entreprenurial operator. His deal making (and breaking for competition) skills, flexibility, tenacity and hunger will bring a fresh air to the entire vas economy.

MediaNama : Manish Agarwal To Join UTV New Media As CEO

Am surprised they are getting a COO. For the longest time(since rizwan and pawan left) UTV was searching for a CEO replacement but now glad they have found a good guy who understands the internet medium very well. Question is will Mr. TNP (CEO) and Mr. Mathur (Executve VP Sales operating from Delhi) let Manish work towards improving working relationships with UTV Group companies or keep working in Psylos !!! Time to get Ronnie into action at New Media.
