Reconstruction proved that she was not speeding like UPD tried to push. In fact if she had truely been going as fast as UPD said she was all three occupants would have been killed or the van would have gone OVER the jersey wall...Remember a Jersey wall is SOLID concrete and it wil stop you on a dime.....
I can pretty much garauntee you that she won't see prison time. the felony has been dropped so the misdemeanors do not carry allot if any prison time IF that is what the judge decides. ultimately it is up to the judge to determine the sentence.
and JUST HOW would you feel safer if she were in prison? What you afraid she might take you for a ride and hit a jersey wall causing you to be ejected into thecanal? May that would be a good thing. At least YOU would be out of the Gene Pool!!!!
