My fear is all of you have different ideologies and different specific agenda. But like the common interest to achieve your respective goals and agenda is to topple BN. After that what happens? Can you guys promise the people who could be voting for you that you won't fight like in Selangor. Now DAP wants a snap election for reasons many are asking why? Is it to deviate attention?
You come out with one single ideology and aim then your grand coalition will work. Otherwise will end up grand infighting. Don't just verbalise the single ideology but get all the respective leaders to sign and distribute in the next GE.
Wish this ending of corruption was preached in the 1980s itself with endless scandals. Is today's scandal the real mother of all scandals? What about the scandal just before this? It's become a joke if certain people start to preach about corruption. I know we can see our back. But with the help of mirrors we can see our back. So who should talk about ending corruption? Only the uncorrupted, which excludes any family enjoying the corrupted money.
I wonder where Bersih and gang were during the 1980s onwards. Are we saying we were so clean them?
I think the opposition should start with the Bumiputra Scandal tour right up to the vanishing of RM13 billion PKZ tour and that includes the forex loss before they get into the 1MDB tour. If one wants to champion 'governance' and 'ethics', let us get it right that is can those championing for 1MDB tour are the right person. I hope the tour can first answer what happen to the Bank Bumiputra auditor who was slained in Hong Kong during the investigation?
It is very interesting to hear out what Tan Sri has got to say about Dato Sri Anwar who is his friend. The question is did Tan Sti in anyway tried to proof Dato Sri Anwar is innocent? Also interesting that Tan Sri endorses Datin Sri as the opposition leader. But everything fell short when the proposal for Tan Sri to become Prime Minister designated if the opposition wins. So now, what happens to Dato Sri Anwar who has always been viewed as the Prime Minister designated? Looks like there could be more fireworks coming from this side of the equation going forward. Only time will tell.
How will you bring down BN if you do not partner with the opposition parties who have been established for a long time. eI'll this be another race based party? At the rate it is happening, there will be more independent parties formed and the fear is in the time of election some might lose their deposits.
if one looks at history of Malaysia, the 1st and 3rd Prime Minister were supporters of Sensngat 46, with the aim to address UMNO then headed by Tun. Semangat 46 eventually disappeared. And now we have Tun with his RM2/= life long membership party to be formed to go against the very same UMNO he held strong fisted. Will this party survive? Will it be race based? Will it work with PKR established then in 1998 following the sacking of Dato Sri Anwar on sodomy charges by Tun M who was then the PM.
