Lee, the idea that men who have normal sexual desires without "real" outlet will somehow turn to sexual encounters with young boys is absurd. This does not explain the many, many cases of married men abusing children, often their own. Sexual predation of minors is both a display of power and an outlet for abnormal and disordered sexual desires. Not normal ones. When I was in the military I often went long periods of time barely seeing a woman, and I can tell you that it did not make other men or children attractive to me. There is absolutely no proof that men with normal sexual desires will turn to sex with children by some unstoppable force as an outlet. And your comment about arresting the Pope pretty much destroys your credibility. That's like arresting Obama for a crime that Jimmy Carter allegedly committed in office. Get real.
