The main difference being that referring to the Tea Party as "extreme" and "radical"is simply an attempt to shine the light away from their own ineptness at governing. Tagging the progressives as Irresponsible and dangerous is stating a simple fact that their policies will steer this nation down a path of destruction. Arguing that they are irresponsible in their approach, and that the consequences of that approach are dangerous are far more than just "talking points"

Seems Reid and Schumer's answer to the Tea Party is to try and call them names again, trying to brand them as "extreme" and "radical". Its as if they have been in a time warp and missed the last election. The people rejected that description then and they will do the same now. What will stick however is the description of Reid and his hoard of evil progressive's is IRRESPONSIBLE and DANGEROUS. Those two words should be shouted out by conservatives across the nation. It will stop them like stepping onto quick sand. They will be too busy trying to dissociate them selves from that name tag to have any time to attack the right.

As I understand it...the only oil production which has been compromised has been from Libya, and the Saudis have said that they would up their production to offset that. To me, even as addled as my brain is, that would indicate that as of this moment, there is NO shortage which would be the basis for the HUGE increase we see at the pump. There is deeper meddling going on here than just fear over unrest in the area.
