I am also very dissapointed. I have expressed my displeasure to DISH as well, but we are one of those people who have a contract with DISH and so cannot just switch to another service. I have watched KIDK my whole life (45 years) and need my morning news to start my day off right. I am so tired of the consumer getting pushed around and being at the mercy of people who are only concerned about themselves and how to put more money in their pockets. I hope you get this situation taken care of soon, before we find an alternative that we can get use to and no longer need you at all.
