The girl really has no right to sue the principle, it IS harassment. I&#039;m not saying her freedom of speech should be void here, just that there are some situations where you need to watch what you say. Her school most likely has a rule that states that if harassment occurs there will be a valid punishment. Given, if it was a student --&gt; student issue there&#039;s a high chance this would go unnoticed; which isn&#039;t fair, but life plays favorites - even in issues of harassment. It would have to be the victim who brings it to someone&#039;s attention, for any true action to take place.
