"And the internet mourned as Philip descended into the abyss which was the 'real' world - for it is better to be alone than surrounded by the tyranny of whining fifteen year olds." - The Book of Lawlz 21:19

Frost/Nixon was a powerful flick. I don't think anyone could play Nixon as effectively as Langella does. And in a town of 1000 I managed to find a whole 5 Offenders - 0 Non-mappable. Took some effort to actually find the five too. Apparently I live near a bunch of 'Stepfords'. That, or a bunch of people too drunk to actually do anything.

PhillyD.tv : Unexpected Movie (The Wrestler)

My favorite kind of movies are where I can actually connect with the story/characters. A film that feels real - believable. Something that reminds me again that we're all human. I'm definitely looking forward to this one.

PhillyD.tv : Update on Star Wars MMO

On the main website they haven't released what it'll be compatible with yet. I'm assuming so just because it's an MMO - it would be a poor decision if they made it purely for consoles.

Watched the monkey, ran the blender, sang the song...still feel like something's missing. Maybe running the blender a few more minutes will ease my panic attack.

Christ, some people just need to learn to shut their mouth and deal with their punishment. I mean truly, this ISN'T something you would do for your boss and expect to keep your job - the same has to go with other situations. The girl really has no right to sue the principle, it IS harassment. I'm not saying her freedom of speech should be void here, just that there are some situations where you need to watch what you say. Her school most likely has a rule that states that if harassment occurs there will be a valid punishment. Given, if it was a student --> student issue there's a high chance this would go unnoticed; which isn't fair, but life plays favorites - even in issues of harassment. It would have to be the victim who brings it to someone's attention, for any true action to take place.
