I was there at Meyers also, and I saw the beginning of the incident. In fact I was almost a victim too, earlier on those kids came racing out between parked cars, right into my path.

Anyways, what I saw was a bunch of kids racing around with no regard to traffic, not paying attention or anything. They raced out in front of the SUV and caused him to swerve violently. Afterwards they began chasing him.

Guess now that you know a little more of what happened, you opinion is a little different, huh?
