I believe people who write things such as hit lists or who are stalking others with intent to harm they should be put away and evaluated. Go through a program so that they will not kill or injure some one.
My daughter has a stalker and he should be punished for his actions at least put into some sort of program for disturbed people and get treatemtn for his anger or problems he has.
I really wantto see the laws change for thos types of people . Make a change in the system , please it ruins peoples lives and their fture to perform in school and to have to look over their shoulder to see if they are safe please make a change.
