<description>Seriously it does not add that much time to come to a complete stop.  put the brakes on, look both ways, don&amp;#039;t run over the jogger or biker and then go about your business.  Not difficult to avoid the ticket. </description>

<description>I completely disagree with Blome on this.  Timing on the yellow is certainly important but I think you bring every tool to bare on the problem. pause from red to green is a good tool, longer yellow, countdown clocks, cameras, cops in cars all of these are effective tools. </description>
