Isn't it ironic that we de-centralise by moving everything to Central.

Those who don't pay for their misdeeds (licks) at home will pay later at the hands of their peers or at the hands of the police. So it's either corporal punishment at school or home, or constable, sergeant and corporal punishment later on.

Another "stupid" decision, (to use the writer's words) is the West Indies Cricket Board decision to have Regional Cricket clash with International Cricket. Year after year with half of T&T squad doing West Indies duty, Team Red Force is deprived of their top players and are never at full strength and our chances of being Caribbean Champions is more or less impossible.
