I was an early LGF member, didn't really post much but was there for the rise and fall of that blog. One of my few posts took exception to Johnson's take on something (can't even recall what, it was a few years ago) and I was banned within minutes. Maybe it was a wisecrack at worst — but I was not profane or disrespectful, just had a different opinion. There may be something to his obsession with 'Nazis', I don't know. But it sure is an interesting case study in how to create, then destroy an online 'community'.
