It wasreally interesting to read comments from everyone but there was one who commented on our diet and and lack of participating in television programmes and of course anything that is over indulgent that takes up a lot of your time. Ensuring that the action you take daily is for stimulation and growth. Meditate on these aspects. surround yourself with books, tapes and other materials that will enhance your mind. Lots of fruit and veg. Detox your body. Free from red meat and artificial flavours and colouring. Try your best to aim for natural foods in your daily diet. I am searching myself and have started out on this route, you have to start some where. (I have been on this road now 2 years)I am having a a little trouble meditating, I was told it's because of my busy work life and not having enough time to relax and unwind. I took that very seriously. I took two weeks off work and started doing this and well guess what. I started focusing again. So to everyone out there who is trying, dont give up keep on trying and find out what works best for you. :-)
